For details about time EH research priorities and frequently asked questions (FAQs), please<a href=\"http:\/\/iblend-staging.com\/enduringhearts\/direct-grant-faq\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"303\">&nbsp;click here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">2026 Process and Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators seeking funding must submit an initial Letter of Intent (LOI). &nbsp;The LOI is to help reduce the initial time and effort required by applicants, their collaborators, and administrative research staff to apply for funding. &nbsp;Selected applicants will be<strong>&nbsp;invited to submit a full application on July 24, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">Timeline:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May 1, 2026 \u2013 Proposal Central Systems opens for applicants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 19, 2026 \u2013 Pre-proposal Letter of Intent due by 5:00pm ET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July 24, 2026 \u2013 Invitation to Apply for Full Proposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 13, 2026 \u2013 Full Proposal Deadline due by 5:00pm ET<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>December 15, 2026 \u2013 Notifications to&nbsp;Applicants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>January 2027 \u2013 Award&nbsp;Start Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Award Amount<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Direct Grant Award&nbsp;<\/strong>will fund $25,000-$150,000, including indirect costs, for two (2) years.
